At Surf Station Store, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, fins, or accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
